SMS programme terms

Who we are and what you receive

Leges Universum LLC provides information, organisational and technical assistance with Ukrainian consular procedures. We are not a government agency, consulate or messaging reseller. Our optional service SMS programme uses +1 (833) 610-6534 for existing clients with US mobile numbers.

You may separately choose document-email notifications and consular appointment reminders. Messages do not contain passport numbers, document images or the contents of your case. An SMS is not official confirmation of an appointment or a decision by a consulate; check your email and e-Consul.

Your choice

Optional service SMS from Leges Universum (Passport-UA), sent from +1 (833) 610-6534 to the US mobile number you provide. Messages concern your existing service order, not advertising. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Frequency varies: one document-email notice per prepared package, up to three reminders per appointment (30, 14 and 3 days before the visit), plus responses to your requests. Message and data rates may apply. When messaging is activated, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent or request assistance at info@legesuniversum.com. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Use the consent form, then personally send the resulting email. We retain the received consent and review the sender, number and selected categories. A prepared form, general privacy consent, service purchase or existing contact number alone does not enrol you. We may contact you through an existing verified service channel to check the request. If your number changes, please tell us; permission is not automatically transferred to another number.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once SMS is activated, reply STOP to stop further programme messages; a final acknowledgement may confirm your request. Reply HELP for assistance. You can request withdrawal or help at any time by emailing info@legesuniversum.com or calling +380 97 880 4242. A request to resume messages requires renewed consent; it does not automatically remove a prior opt-out.

Delivery and charges

We do not charge a separate subscription fee for these service notifications. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on network availability; messages may be delayed or not delivered, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Continue checking your usual service channels and official appointment information. SMS is not an emergency service.

Privacy and updates

Read the SMS Privacy Notice. Material changes to consent scope require a new choice; we do not treat continued receipt as consent to marketing.
