SMS privacy notice

Effective 2026-09-08-v1. This notice covers the optional Leges Universum service SMS programme.

Data and purpose

We use your name, mobile number, consent email and selected notification categories to verify your request and provide the notifications you choose. We retain the consent text/version, received timestamp and evidence of verification, withdrawal and message delivery as needed to operate the programme and document your choices. Do not include passport details in this form.

How this page works

Form entries remain in your browser memory while you prepare the email. This page does not submit them to our server or store them in browser storage. You must send the email using your own mail service. Until we receive it, we have not received your consent. Ordinary hosting services may process basic connection information to deliver and protect this page. No advertising trackers are added to this page.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide necessary information to contracted email, messaging, hosting and case-management service providers to receive your consent and deliver the programme. Infobip and mobile carriers process the number, SMS content and delivery data required for messaging. Providers may operate outside your country. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and access

Access to consent and message records is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers. We retain records for the period needed to provide the service, honour opt-outs and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution obligations. Minimal suppression information may be retained to prevent further messages after an opt-out. We do not promise immediate removal of records that must be retained for these purposes.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and separate from service purchase. To withdraw, correct your number, request access or deletion, or ask a privacy question, email info@legesuniversum.com.
